Nicole Scherzinger & Lewis Hamilton 'spend New Year together'

Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton spent New Year’s Eve together.

The 33-year-old singer and the Formula 1 ace who called time on their four-year romance in October saw in 2012 together at an upmarket ski resort in Vail, Colorado.

Sources told a gossip site the pair were “definitely not” there just as friends and “looked to be having a great time dancing and ringing in the new year together”.

Although they split, Nicole recently revealed she still loves Lewis “very much”.

“Everything is very recent, so it’s a sensitive subject for me, but we are good friends and obviously we love one another very much,” she said.

“That’s where we’re at now and that’s a good place to be. What people see is completely opposite to what’s real.”

Lewis, 26, has also admitted he wouldn’t rule out reconciling with Nicole in future.

“We still have very, very strong feelings for each other and I still love her very much. Who knows, maybe we will be together in the future?” he said.

“We’re friends and we can move forward. These times are sent to try you, it’s about how you pull through. I have my family who are helping, so I feel pretty good.”
