Angelina Jolie writes stories she will 'never show'

Angelina Jolie has written a story about her mother but she doesn’t plan to share it with the public.

The actress who has just proved her filmmaking credentials by writing and directing Bosnian War drama In the Land of Blood and Honey says much of her writing is too personal for film.

“I’ve also written a story about my mother, after she passed,” says Angelina of her late mother Marcheline Bertrand, who died in 2007.

“They are things that I will never show anybody, but it is nice to spend time with people and characters, in this private world.”

Meanwhile, sources say Jolie who already raises six children with partner Brad Pitt is keen to expand her family.

“She jokes about triplets constantly. And she’s not a big joker, really,” says a confidante. “She and Brad have talked at length. There’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that she’ll have another child.

“It’s very serious. She’s had two very high-risk pregnancies. Both times, her blood pressure shot up, and she developed gestational diabetes. I don’t know if she could survive a third round.

“Angelina is determined. She is dead set on giving the kids a baby brother or sister as soon as possible.”
