Robert De Niro has revealed his New Year’s Eve plans.
The 68-year-old Hollywood legend says while he stars in holiday movie New Year’s Eve he’s unlikely to take part in the real thing.
“I really don’t bother with New Year,” says Robert.
“Some years I aim to see in the New Year but most of the time I just want to sleep.”
Robert recently insisted that, despite his many years making movies, he doesn’t have carte blanche to do as he pleases when it comes to projects.
De Niro notes the troubles and delays he experienced with The Good Shepherd, the 2006 CIA tale that he directed and starred in, saying doubts he could make a similar film now. He says people don’t really want to do “those kind of movies” nowadays.
Still, De Niro says he does have a choice of roles that other actors would envy and that he “can’t complain.”
